If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

 A 14-day, no questions asked money-back guarantee is available on all our products. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please inspect your order once it has been received  and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and come to a solution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt and proof of purchase.
Due to the nature our bundles being at a special edition price there will be NO refunds given if these products are purchased in a bundle and returned.

To start an eligible return, your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries. The goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and send through correspondence on whether or not a refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please take into consideration it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
